TonyBet poker in Canada: what is verified for Ontario
TonyBet announced online poker for its Canadian offering effective October 6, 2026, with the announcement pointing readers to tonybet.com. That operator-supplied launch announcement does not establish that poker is available through TonyBet’s separately regulated Ontario site. As of CasinoList.ca’s October 9 verification, iGaming Ontario lists TonyBet under Ligtip Limited for Casino and Sports Betting, while Poker is not included in that directory entry.
Games and product scope
The October 7 press-release report says TonyBet added player-versus-player poker on October 6 with cash tables, scheduled tournaments and Spins, powered by EvenBet Gaming and accessed through tonybet.com. Those launch details describe the announced Canadian platform. CasinoList.ca does not apply them to tonybet.ca unless an Ontario-specific primary source confirms that product. The iGaming Ontario directory used here is dated September 1, 2026, so its omission of Poker is evidence of an unverified status, not definitive proof that Ontario poker is unavailable.
Affiliate and commercial-link status
CasinoList.ca has not added an affiliate or tracking link for this update. The Ontario button remains a plain link to the official tonybet.ca site listed for the province.

What to know before you play
This profile verifies provincial or official listing status. It does not claim that CasinoList.ca tested deposits, withdrawals, every game or customer support for this brand.
- Use the exact official website shown for the province rather than relying on a similar-looking domain or advertisement.
- Confirm the minimum age and physical-location requirements before creating an account.
- Open the exact game’s rules and pay table before wagering; availability and rules can differ between provinces and titles.
- Review deposit, withdrawal, limit-setting and self-exclusion information on the operator’s own site.
How to use this profile
Use this page as a starting point for identification and jurisdiction checks rather than as a promise that every feature is available to you. Match the exact domain and legal operator, confirm the province-specific record, then check the operator’s current account terms, game catalogue, payment methods and responsible-gambling controls before registering. A recognizable brand name by itself is not enough because similarly named domains and province restrictions can differ.
